Matthew is an Arizona-based employment attorney who is passionate about preventing employment discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Matthew is a strong advocate who regularly represents clients in employment discrimination and harassment complaints, employment litigation, and other adversarial matters, as well as policy drafting, providing EEO and anti-harassment training, and other non-adversarial matters.
As a former federal employee who adjudicated countless employment discrimination cases at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Library of Congress, Matthew understands the complex framework federal employees must endure to exercise their rights as victims of employment discrimination, workplace harassment, or wrongful termination. Matthew is passionate about helping federal employees throughout the country and regularly represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit Systems Protection Board, and Office of Special Counsel.
After working for various State and Federal agencies in Arizona and Washington D.C., Matthew transitioned to private practice and became an experienced litigator. Matthew opened Moosbrugger Law to provide the highest level of representation to victims of employment discrimination and workplace harassment.
